Memorial Day

Don’t Forget the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass!

The Catholic Church has made clear that the Eucharist is “the source and the summit of the Christian life” (Lumen Gentium, 11).  Don’t forget to attend weekly (or daily) Mass this summer.  Going on vacation? Use this website to find a Catholic Church nearby your destination or along the way:  https://masstimes.org/ .  The Church has placed its altars all over the world, “so that from the rising of the sun to its setting a pure sacrifice may be offered to His name.”

Highlights: Zoo Knoxville Field Trip – Mon, May 20

Our K-2nd Graders spent the day at the Knoxville Zoo learning about the wonders of God’s creation.  It was as hot as the African safari and the Amazon Rain Forest, but our little Bulldogs are troopers!  Many thanks to the numerous parent chaperones and our Primary teachers for making sure our students were safe.  “All you beasts, wild and tame, bless the Lord; praise and exalt him above all forever.” Daniel 3:81
